NIFTY CHART STUDY FOR 19TH OCTOBER PERFECT BREAKOUT CATCH

 NIFTY OPTION BUYING STRATEGY

 This is not a call put buy sell tips blog. we share details of chart for option buyers. all charts are shared after market has already made the chart. 

we are not any SEBI registered adviser , its just for educational  purpose.

option buying is very risky, play safe, dont buy every day, only buy when your setup is formed. i will share my strategy .

The chart is from trading view.





in this chart above. 1st mark 1st 5 min candle high and low. now in char you can see 5th candle gave break down, not dont jump, wait for setup.  in some time high was broken, dont jump wait for setup. now at 11.25 that big candle broke the 2nd high and you enter the trade and play the momentum. 


just assume if you would have entered at 1st green candle breakout, it again came down and your premium will reduce  due to time decay. just wait for setup. if setup is missed, dont enter. wait for next setup. 

either you just book profit on 1st momentum or draw a trend line and you will see, you can ride, till the end. but if you are new, dont wait, just take little profit and come out, once you are experienced, then you can wait and take more profit.

in this strategy i have seen, your loss and profit is equal. dont take loss of more then 1500/- and approx 1000 to 1500 profit in a trade is good.  approx capital you need is 50000/- in hand. only buy 1 lot, 

loss per trade not more then 1500/- if you loose 50 percent of your capital, then stop using this strategy , but as per my experience, if you see, you will win 6 to 7 trades and loose 2 to 3 trades. 

in a month there are 22 trading days, if there is no holiday in a month. out of 22 you will get 10 to 11 trades. in  that you will win approx 6-7 trades and loose 3-4 trades.  just make sure, you dont loose more then 1500 per trade. follow the rule as it is. this strategy is tested in nifty only. so if you use it in bank nifty or stock options, then you test it first before you try this. 

also in case if you get buy signal after 3 pm, then dont enter the trade.
